Cancun Airport Arrival Tips
When you arrive to Cancun International Airport you will have first to go through immigration, get your luggage and, finally, proceed to Customs which will take 1 to 30 minutes to finally get your way out the Terminal Building #2 or #3 (depending on your flight origin) where one of our representatives will be waiting with a banner with the Kinmont logo on it so you can clearly identify him/her. Remember we are OUTSIDE the Terminal Building (see map) so, please, for your safety, disregard anyone offering ground transportation services on your way out.
Make sure that our representative has a copy of your reservation key or your payment and you will show your receipt before you get into the vehicle.
CAUTION: When you arrive to Cancun International Airport you will find a number of "so called" ground transportation companies offering services from $8.00 to $10.00 USD per person...
Those companies "pack up" the vans with incautious passengers that want to save a few dollars. Those vans MUST be FULL of passengers going to their hotels too, so you first have to wait until they get 100% of the van capacity. Now there you go...on an improvised tour through the hotel zone, stopping on your partner´s hotels until the van finally arrives to yours...that might take up to ONE hour...
Start your vacations relaxed on a comfortable van, all for yourself and your group for a reasonable price and get to the beach before anyone else.
