We went to the Riveria Mayan on vacation 6 months ago and we took this transportation. They met us with a sign at the airport we were the only ones in the van. It was a clean van with a very pleasant driver. They immediately took care of our bags. They took us right to the hotel. I would definitely use this transportation again. They get 5 stars.

Our holiday in Playa del Carmen, Mexico this past Christmas 2005 and new Years 2006 was so enjoyable, and the arrangements went so smoothly, thanks in no small part to your exellent transportation services. As I was departing I realized that you guys made 6 trips for us from and to the airport since my 14 family members were leaving at different times! Since part of my family was coming all the way from Hong Kong, we had to make all of our travel arrangements far in advance. Having never used your transportation services, we were obviousy concerned about on-time pick-up from, and to, the airport during our Mexico stay. Not only were you guys always on time, but your van was comfortably air conditioned (thank God!), had plenty of room for our luggage, and your drivers were very courteous, friendly and helpful. And your round-trip price was competitive.
Speaking on behalf of all of my family members that you carried, I can say that we were very happy with your service and would not hesitate to use you again on our next trip to Mexico (which I desperately hope comes sooner than later, since I´m already ready for another holiday!!!)

Even though our flight was 2 hours late, Kinmont was waiting. The driver was very professional, the vans were clean, and the A/C worked great. Upon our departure, our Driver was their at 9:30AM (NOT A MIN LATE, VERY IMPRESSIVE!)
All in all, the vaule is great, and hassle free. Kinmont made sure that the begining, and end of our vacation was stress free. Thank you!

As with others in the previous posts our driver was waiting for us at the airport and quickly navigated us through the crowd and we were on the beach in Playa within the hour. However Lilkin and team went beyond the norm on the the return. Due to a medical emergency in the U.S. we were forced to leave quickly days prior to our scheduled departure. Within minutes Lilkin responded to my email and arranged to have a driver pick us up which allowed us to meet our quick departure plans. I will definitely be using Kinmount in my future trips to the Mayan Peninsula.

We vacationed on the Riviera Maya from August 23 through August 29,
2006, and contracted with your company for round trip transportation
between the airport and our hotel, which is located approximately 45
minutes south of Cancun.

Upon our arrival at the airport, we were greeted in the waiting area by
our assigned driver, Abraham, who escorted us to the waiting van and
took us directly to our hotel. Abraham, who speaks English, provided us
with lots of useful information for our stay. Because we had provided
our itinerary to Cancun Transfers when booking our ground
transportation, we were assured that all arrangements would be taken
care of for our return trip. And, as promised, on the day of our
departure Abraham arrived at our hotel, right on schedule, to return us
to the airport.

Cancun Transfers provides a very well informed, courteous, on-time and
safe professional service. Because we were the exclusive passengers for
each trip, we were able to begin our vacation without a lot of delays
and stops along the way, and could be confident of returning to the
airport without any worries of missing our flight home. What a nice way
to begin and end our visit!

Our flight was 2 ½ hours late due to weather, but our driver was waiting and we were on out way in a matter of minutes. The return Transfer was arranged for 3 30 P.M but the weather was so bad the driver came early as there were flash floods which we were not aware of. We had not expected him, but he quickly handled our luggage and we were back to the airport in good time. What a difference from being dragged all over the Mayan Riviera dropping people off at various resorts.

Just wanted to commend you on your high quality of service. My husband and I and friends travelled to Cancun the beginning of January and used your shuttle service to our hotel in Playa del Carmen and back to the airport. Please commend your staff for an excellent job. We have just returned from
our annual trip to Playa del Carmen and enjoyed the efficient, courteous,
and friendly service from both of the drivers. Their willingness to make
minor accomodations when one of our party had difficulties with her flight

driver who took us from the Cancun airport to Playa , but I do appreciate
